What is Cognitive Stimulation Therapy?
Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is an evidence-based therapy program shown to enhances memory, cognition, language skills and mood.
Led by an allied health professional with over 20 years of experience and advanced training in dementia, this program is grounded in research and tailored to support cognitive function and language skills.
