Our dementia consulting services provide positive support and practical solutions to help you maintain your independence, enhance brain health, improve physical abilities, reduce stress, and manage everyday challenges. We also support families and caregivers, helping them understand how dementia affects their loved ones and guiding them on how to best meet their needs while caring for their own wellbeing.

We help you understand how dementia impacts a person's experiences, including changes in behaviour or communication. Our easy-to-follow guidance provides practical steps and written recommendations to help you regain control. We also offer tips to support your own wellbeing, because caring for yourself is just as important as caring for your loved one.

Preassessment Review: We collect information from you and your support team and review a pre-assessment questionnaire before the visit, allowing us to focus on your main concerns and avoid unnecessary questions.

Home Assessment: We travel to your home and complete a detailed assessment, where your needs and opinions are central to driving change.

Identifying Unmet Need: We assess potential triggers that may lead to behaviour changes

Personalised Strategies: We offer practical solutions to help maximise your independence, function and wellbeing.

Ongoing Support: We provide ongoing support and adjust strategies as needs change.

1. Family Recommendations Report:
This guide highlights key challenges and modifiable factors, providing clear, simple steps to support you and your loved one. It offers practical advice for immediate care decisions and helps you track progress with easy-to-follow actions.
2. Home Care Staff - Care Delivery Guide
Provides clear information and guidance to support staff in delivering effective, person-centred care, and includes strategies to address challenging situations, behaviours, and complex needs.
3. NDIS Physiotherapy & Functional Report
This is our longest report and offers evidence-based physiotherapy and functional recommendations specifically designed to support funding applications through the NDIS.
Drawing on our expertise in neurological conditions and rehabilitation, we provide clear, detailed information to help NDIS assessors understand your needs. Our focus is on ensuring your well-being is prioritised and that funding is sufficient to support your for the year ahead.

Sensory Support & Therapy Products
We also offer a range of carefully selected sensory aids, including weighted therapy dolls, sensory mats, weighted lap blankets, aromatherapy creams, cognitive stimulation packs, and supportive pillows for sleep and neck pain. We can bring these for viewing or trial during our home visit.

Comprehensive Assessment & Report Package

Health history and review of provided information prior to home visit.

1.5 hours home assessment

2 hour recommendation report (includes a home therapy program)

travel time (capped at 30 mins each way)

Hourly rate $224.62
Services can be fully funded through Home Care Package & NDIS
