Connect Program
Unlock Your Potential
The Connect Program is an evidence-based group cognitive stimulation therapy program running over 7 weeks. Participants will take part in 14 personalised 1.5-hour therapy sessions designed to engage the brain, enhance self-worth and independence, and create a sense of belonging and camaraderie. In the final session, you’re encouraged to participate alongside your loved one. You’ll understand what they’ve learnt so you can bridge the gap between the in-clinic CST sessions and life at home.
Prerequisite Initial Consulation
The Initial Consultation is an assessment conducted at home or via telehealth, where we take the time to understand your loved one — their needs, interests, and routines. Along with assessing whether CST is a good fit, we provide practical, personalised strategies to help them stay engaged and connected at home. That way, you’re supporting your loved one’s cognitive health whether you choose to proceed with our programs or not. The Initial Consultation costs $299 + travel. Program packages are set according to NDIS price guidelines - contact us for more details.
